The Inner Mom Circle is a 6-week, in-person, small group program for moms to connect, feel seen and heard without judgment, and learn ways to navigate the realities of postpartum and mom life alongside other moms who just get it.

WHO RUNS THE GROUP?

Led by me, Robyn Shoychet - a mom of two and Postpartum & Motherhood Coach

When I became a mom six years ago, I was craving a space to connect with other moms. I wanted to be able to bring my baby but have an hour to focus on ME and leave feeling more capable and encouraged than when I arrived.

 I wanted a space where I could come exactly as I was - whether I was having a ‘good’ day or a ‘bad’ day - and bring my baby whether she was having a ‘good’ day or a ‘bad’ day - all while being surrounded with other moms who would just get it. I wanted to do something other than mall walks, going to another coffee shop or hanging out at home. I was craving some adult conversation and desperately wanted to meet some mom friends who were on the same page as me. 

So, fast forward a few years…

I became a certified coach and created the exact thing I wished I had 6 years ago when I first became a mom. 

I created for The Inner Mom Circle for YOU.

Hey! I’m Robyn.

Postpartum and Motherhood Coach.

Before I had kids, I was clueless about motherhood. None of my friends had kids, and everything I saw on social media made it look like being a mom would be purely magical. I saw the cute baby pictures and newborn snuggles, but not the reality of it all.

When I held my first daughter in my arms for the first time, I thought to myself, how am I supposed to do this? The nurse left us in the room, and I felt terrified and unqualified to care for my baby - or myself.

I didn’t have anyone to talk to (or relate to), and I felt ashamed by all the intense feelings and emotions that were going on in my head. No one truly knew the magnitude of how I was feeling.

With some resistance and nerves, I joined a new baby group and met other moms I connected with, and we started getting to know each other after class. We spoke openly about life and motherhood and shared our real struggles - all of the things I felt so alone in before.

That day, I felt a huge sigh of relief and felt less alone for the first time. I realized so many moms were going through this challenging experience too, and yet we were all suffering in silence. It was the first time I felt really seen.

I knew in that moment moms need more support and the space to truly connect so they can feel comfortable sharing their truth without fear or judgment. I started connecting with more moms and became the go-to person for other women struggling with these postpartum issues. I would hop on calls and guide them through their feelings of shame, anxiety, guilt and loneliness.

I found so much purpose in helping moms get to the other side of postpartum and motherhood so they could feel empowered and confident on their journey - the same way I did.

Now, I want to help you navigate your postpartum and motherhood journey so you can feel supported, validated and heard.
